About the Position<\/strong><\/h2>\n

FMA Services is looking for a Supervisor<\/strong> for various projects in Flanders. As a Supervisor, you are the key figure on the site: you lead technicians and subcontractors, monitor the planning, and ensure safe and high-quality execution of the works. Thanks to your technical background, you are able to make the right decisions and efficiently manage daily operations.<\/p>\n

What Will You Do?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Coordinate and follow up on industrial projects (E, mechanical, construction, …).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Direct and guide technicians and subcontractors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Review schematics, drawings, and execution plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Organize daily work schedules and report on progress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and follow up on as-built documentation<\/strong> and reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Be the primary point of contact for the client and team on site.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • Coordinating management meetings and aligning with clients and co-contractor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What Do We Expect from You?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • \n

      A technical background (electricity, instrumentation, mechanical, …) is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in a leadership or coordinating role within industrial projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Knowledge of industrial installations and processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Solution-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Safety always comes first (VCA certificate is a plus).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      You can work independently as well as collaborate smoothly with various teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
