{"id":5375,"date":"2026-09-08T12:40:17","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T10:40:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/?post_type=vacatures&#038;p=5375"},"modified":"2026-09-08T12:40:17","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T10:40:17","slug":"punch-list-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"vacatures","link":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/en\/vacatures\/punch-list-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"Punch List Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Punch List Supervisor<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Belgium<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company:<\/strong> FMA Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Department:<\/strong> Construction \/ Completions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:<\/strong> Industrial construction &#038; pre-commissioning<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift:<\/strong> 1st shift<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired start:<\/strong> October 12, 2026<\/p>\n<h2>About the Position<\/h2>\n<p>For a large-scale industrial project, we are looking for an experienced <strong>Punch List Supervisor<\/strong> to manage the operational closure of punch items across multiple work fronts.<\/p>\n<p>You bring together field teams, supervisors, quality, and pre-commissioning around a single goal: timely and demonstrable completion of outstanding items.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading punch closure activities within assigned areas, systems, or disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing critical punch items in function of mechanical completion, energization, and pre-commissioning milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Managing supervisors and contractor teams for the execution of corrective works.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying that punch closure is executed technically correctly and according to project specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing field walkdowns and consultations with QA\/QC, engineering, and completions coordinators.<\/li>\n<li>Escalating technical, material, or resource issues that threaten the handover.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring daily closure performance, backlog, and overdue items and proposing recovery actions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that closure evidence, redlines, and relevant dossier documents are correctly updated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in construction supervision, completions, or commissioning on large industrial projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong field leadership and demonstrable experience with contractor coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Practical E&#038;I knowledge is highly desirable given the nature of the project.<\/li>\n<li>You can quickly assess technical priorities and have a distinctly result-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with completions management tools is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English; Dutch is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Education &#038; experience<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong> Technical Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent through extensive experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 7 years of construction\/completions experience<\/p>\n<h2>Certificates &#038; site requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>VCA-VOL required or project equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>BA5\/ATEX knowledge is an advantage for E&#038;I-related punch scope.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Core competencies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Field leadership<\/li>\n<li>Punch closure<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical completion<\/li>\n<li>E&#038;I coordination<\/li>\n<li>Recovery actions<\/li>\n<li>Handover readiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you can expect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A technically challenging assignment within a large-scale industrial project environment.<\/li>\n<li>A professional work environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, planning, and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Clear responsibilities, short lines of communication, and a direct impact on project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with experienced construction, engineering, quality, HSE, and commissioning teams.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to participate in an intensive project acceleration phase with clear milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Interested?<\/h2>\n<p>Please provide us with your most recent CV, availability, and relevant certificates.
