{"id":5423,"date":"2026-09-08T12:40:16","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T10:40:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/?post_type=vacatures&#038;p=5423"},"modified":"2026-09-08T12:40:16","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T10:40:16","slug":"ei-construction-supervisor-2","status":"publish","type":"vacatures","link":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/en\/vacatures\/ei-construction-supervisor-2\/","title":{"rendered":"E&#038;I Construction Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>E&#038;I Construction Supervisor<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Belgium<br \/><strong>Company:<\/strong> FMA Services<br \/><strong>Department:<\/strong> Construction<br \/><strong>Work environment:<\/strong> Industrial construction &#038; pre-commissioning<br \/><strong>Shift:<\/strong> 1st and 2nd shift<br \/><strong>Desired start:<\/strong> October 12, 2026<\/p>\n<h2>About the Position<\/h2>\n<p>For a large-scale industrial project, we are looking for several experienced E&#038;I Construction Supervisors to lead electrical and instrumentation works safely, qualitatively, and according to schedule.<\/p>\n<p>You are present in the field daily and serve as the operational point of contact for contractors, engineering, QA\/QC, planning, and HSE.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily supervision of E&#038;I construction activities such as cable tray, cable pulling, gland &#038; termination, earthing, instrument installation, junction boxes, and field connections.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and monitoring contractors and execution teams regarding manpower, productivity, quality, safety, and planning.<\/li>\n<li>Checking execution against IFC drawings, hook-ups, layouts, cable schedules, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and project specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing work fronts and ensuring that materials, drawings, scaffolding, permits, and tools are available on time.<\/li>\n<li>Following up on RFIs, field changes, redlines, technical queries, punch items, and outstanding constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with QA\/QC during inspections, ITP hold\/witness points, test records, and handover to pre-commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring ATEX, AREI, and site-specific requirements during installation and completion.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting daily progress, issues, risks, and required recovery actions to Construction Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable experience as an E&#038;I Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or in a similar role within petrochemicals, chemicals, energy, oil &#038; gas, or heavy industry.<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of electrical installations and instrumentation; you understand both field execution and technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with contractor management, permit-to-work, LMRA, toolbox meetings, and multidisciplinary site coordination.<\/li>\n<li>You are decisive, visible on-site, and strong in organizing multiple work fronts simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English; Dutch is a distinct asset.
