{"id":5431,"date":"2026-09-08T12:40:15","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T10:40:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/?post_type=vacatures&#038;p=5431"},"modified":"2026-09-08T12:40:15","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T10:40:15","slug":"production-reporter-assistant","status":"publish","type":"vacatures","link":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/en\/vacatures\/production-reporter-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Production Reporter \/ Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Production Reporter \/ Assistant<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Belgium<br \/><strong>Company:<\/strong> FMA Services<br \/><strong>Department:<\/strong> Planning<br \/><strong>Work environment:<\/strong> Industrial construction &#038; pre-commissioning<br \/><strong>Shift:<\/strong> 1st shift<br \/><strong>Desired start:<\/strong> As soon as possible<\/p>\n<h2>About the Position<\/h2>\n<p>To strengthen our Project Acceleration Team, we are looking for several accurate Production Reporters \/ Assistants.<\/p>\n<p>We expect you to be the link between the site, planning, and project management, ensuring that daily production and progress data are reported reliably, timely, and effectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily collection, verification, and consolidation of progress data from construction supervisors and field teams.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and updating daily production reports, weekly progress reports, and management overviews.<\/li>\n<li>Comparing planned versus actual quantities, man-hours, and production, and signaling deviations in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining installed quantities, work fronts, open constraints, and status per area, discipline, or work package.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting planners with look-aheads, S-curves, progress curves, and periodic cut-off reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Checking source data for completeness and consistency and actively following up on missing information at the site.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting project acceleration actions by making clear priorities, backlogs, and trends visible.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and structuring reporting files, trackers, and relevant project documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Your Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with production, progress, or project reporting within construction, maintenance, shutdowns, or industrial projects.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI, dashboards, or reporting tools is a distinct advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of project planning and concepts such as planned vs actual, productivity, look-ahead, and progress measurement.<\/li>\n<li>You work very accurately, are strong with numbers, and are not afraid to challenge missing or deviating data.<\/li>\n<li>You communicate fluently with both field personnel and planners and project management.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English; Dutch is a strong asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Education &#038; experience<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent through experience<br \/><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 2-4 years of relevant experience<\/p>\n<h2>Certificates &#038; site requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>VCA Basic or willing to obtain this before starting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience on petrochemical or other high-hazard industrial sites is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Core competencies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excel &#038; data quality<\/li>\n<li>Daily\/weekly reporting<\/li>\n<li>Progress measurement<\/li>\n<li>Planning support<\/li>\n<li>Field coordination<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you can expect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A technically challenging assignment within a large-scale industrial project environment.<\/li>\n<li>A professional work environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, planning, and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Clear responsibilities, short lines of communication, and a direct impact on project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with experienced construction, engineering, quality, HSE, and commissioning teams.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to participate in an intensive project acceleration phase with clear milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Interested?<\/h2>\n<p>Please provide us with your most recent CV, availability, and relevant certificates.
