{"id":5229,"date":"2026-09-08T10:48:22","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T08:48:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/?post_type=vacatures&#038;p=5229"},"modified":"2026-09-08T10:48:22","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T08:48:22","slug":"production-reporter-assistant","status":"publish","type":"vacatures","link":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/nl\/vacatures\/production-reporter-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Production Reporter \/ Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Production Reporter \/ Assistant<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Locatie:<\/strong> Belgi\u00eb<br \/>\n<strong>Bedrijf:<\/strong> FMA Services<br \/>\n<strong>Afdeling:<\/strong> Planning<br \/>\n<strong>Werkomgeving:<\/strong> Industri\u00eble construction &amp; pre-commissioning<br \/>\n<strong>Shift:<\/strong> 1e shift<br \/>\n<strong>Gewenste start:<\/strong> Zo snel mogelijk<\/p>\n<h2>Over de functie<\/h2>\n<p>Voor de versterking van ons Project Acceleration Team zijn wij op zoek naar meerdere nauwkeurige Production Reporters \/ Assistants.<\/p>\n<p>Je vormt de schakel tussen de werf, planning en projectleiding en zorgt ervoor dat dagelijkse productie- en voortgangsgegevens betrouwbaar, tijdig en bruikbaar worden gerapporteerd.<\/p>\n<h2>Jouw verantwoordelijkheden<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Dagelijks verzamelen, controleren en consolideren van voortgangsgegevens vanuit construction supervisors en field teams.<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen en actualiseren van daily production reports, weekly progress reports en managementoverzichten.<\/li>\n<li>Vergelijken van geplande versus gerealiseerde hoeveelheden, manuren en productie en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren.<\/li>\n<li>Bijhouden van installed quantities, work fronts, open constraints en status per area, discipline of work package.<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteunen van planners bij look-aheads, S-curves, progress curves en periodieke cut-off rapportering.<\/li>\n<li>Controleren van brondata op volledigheid en consistentie en ontbrekende informatie actief opvolgen op de werf.<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteunen van project acceleration-acties door duidelijke prioriteiten, achterstanden en trends zichtbaar te maken.<\/li>\n<li>Beheren en structureren van rapportagebestanden, trackers en relevante projectdocumentatie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Jouw profiel<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ervaring met productie-, voortgangs- of projectrapportering binnen construction, maintenance, shutdowns of industri\u00eble projecten.<\/li>\n<li>Sterke kennis van Excel; ervaring met Power BI, dashboards of reporting tools is een duidelijke troef.<\/li>\n<li>Basiskennis van projectplanning en begrippen zoals planned vs actual, productivity, look-ahead en progress measurement.<\/li>\n<li>Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, bent sterk met cijfers en durft ontbrekende of afwijkende data te challengen.<\/li>\n<li>Je communiceert vlot met zowel field personnel als planners en projectmanagement.<\/li>\n<li>Goede kennis van Engels; Nederlands is een sterke troef.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Opleiding &amp; ervaring<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Opleiding:<\/strong> Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring<br \/>\n<strong>Ervaring:<\/strong> 2-4 jaar relevante ervaring<\/p>\n<h2>Certificaten &amp; sitevereisten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>VCA-basis of bereid dit v\u00f3\u00f3r opstart te behalen.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring op petrochemische of andere high-hazard industri\u00eble sites is een pluspunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Kerncompetenties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excel &amp; data quality<\/li>\n<li>Daily\/weekly reporting<\/li>\n<li>Progress measurement<\/li>\n<li>Planning support<\/li>\n<li>Field coordination<\/li>\n<li>Nauwkeurigheid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat je mag verwachten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Een technisch uitdagende opdracht binnen een grootschalige industri\u00eble projectomgeving.<\/li>\n<li>Een professionele werkomgeving met sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking.<\/li>\n<li>Duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden, korte communicatielijnen en directe impact op de projectvoortgang.<\/li>\n<li>Samenwerking met ervaren construction-, engineering-, quality-, HSE- en commissioningteams.<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan een intensieve project acceleration-fase met duidelijke milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Interesse?<\/h2>\n<p>Bezorg ons je meest recente CV, beschikbaarheid en relevante certificaten.
