{"id":5254,"date":"2026-09-08T10:48:23","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T08:48:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/?post_type=vacatures&#038;p=5254"},"modified":"2026-09-08T10:48:23","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T08:48:23","slug":"punch-list-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"vacatures","link":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/nl\/vacatures\/punch-list-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"Punch List Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Punch List Supervisor<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Locatie:<\/strong> Belgi\u00eb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bedrijf:<\/strong> FMA Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Afdeling:<\/strong> Construction \/ Completions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Werkomgeving:<\/strong> Industri\u00eble construction &amp; pre-commissioning<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift:<\/strong> 1e shift<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gewenste start:<\/strong> 12 oktober 2026<\/p>\n<h2>Over de functie<\/h2>\n<p>Voor een grootschalig industrieel project zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren <strong>Punch List Supervisor<\/strong> die de operationele closure van punch items over meerdere work fronts aanstuurt.<\/p>\n<p>Je brengt field teams, supervisors, quality en pre-commissioning samen rond \u00e9\u00e9n doel: tijdige en aantoonbare completion van openstaande items.<\/p>\n<h2>Jouw verantwoordelijkheden<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Leiden van punch closure activiteiten binnen toegewezen areas, systems of disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Prioriteren van kritieke punch items in functie van mechanical completion, energization en pre-commissioning milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Aansturen van supervisors en contractor teams voor de uitvoering van correctieve werkzaamheden.<\/li>\n<li>Controleren of punch closure technisch correct en volgens project specifications is uitgevoerd.<\/li>\n<li>Organiseren van field walkdowns en overleg met QA\/QC, engineering en completions coordinators.<\/li>\n<li>Escaleren van technische, materiaal- of resourceproblemen die de handover bedreigen.<\/li>\n<li>Bewaken van daily closure performance, backlog en overdue items en voorstellen van recovery actions.<\/li>\n<li>Verzekeren dat closure evidence, redlines en relevante dossierstukken correct worden bijgewerkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Jouw profiel<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ruime ervaring in construction supervision, completions of commissioning op grote industri\u00eble projecten.<\/li>\n<li>Sterke field leadership en aantoonbare ervaring met contractor coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Praktische E&amp;I-kennis is sterk gewenst gezien de aard van het project.<\/li>\n<li>Je kunt technische prioriteiten snel beoordelen en hebt een uitgesproken resultaatgerichte aanpak.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met completions management tools is een pluspunt.<\/li>\n<li>Goede kennis van Engels; Nederlands is een troef.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Opleiding &amp; ervaring<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Opleiding:<\/strong> Technische bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ruime ervaring<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ervaring:<\/strong> Minimaal 7 jaar construction\/completions ervaring<\/p>\n<h2>Certificaten &amp; sitevereisten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>VCA-VOL vereist of projectequivalent.<\/li>\n<li>BA5\/ATEX-kennis is een pluspunt voor E&amp;I-gerelateerde punch scope.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Kerncompetenties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Field leadership<\/li>\n<li>Punch closure<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical completion<\/li>\n<li>E&amp;I coordination<\/li>\n<li>Recovery actions<\/li>\n<li>Handover readiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat je mag verwachten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Een technisch uitdagende opdracht binnen een grootschalige industri\u00eble projectomgeving.<\/li>\n<li>Een professionele werkomgeving met sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking.<\/li>\n<li>Duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden, korte communicatielijnen en directe impact op de projectvoortgang.<\/li>\n<li>Samenwerking met ervaren construction-, engineering-, quality-, HSE- en commissioningteams.<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan een intensieve project acceleration-fase met duidelijke milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Interesse?<\/h2>\n<p>Bezorg ons je meest recente CV, beschikbaarheid en relevante certificaten.
