{"id":5289,"date":"2026-09-08T10:48:22","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T08:48:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/?post_type=vacatures&#038;p=5289"},"modified":"2026-09-08T10:48:22","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T08:48:22","slug":"technical-office-engineer-ei-design-support","status":"publish","type":"vacatures","link":"https:\/\/fmaservices.be\/nl\/vacatures\/technical-office-engineer-ei-design-support\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical Office Engineer \u2013 E&#038;I Design Support"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Technical Office Engineer \u2013 E&amp;I Design Support<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Locatie:<\/strong> Belgi\u00eb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bedrijf:<\/strong> FMA Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Afdeling:<\/strong> Engineering \/ Technical Office<\/p>\n<p><strong>Werkomgeving:<\/strong> Industri\u00eble construction &amp; pre-commissioning<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift:<\/strong> 2e shift<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gewenste start:<\/strong> 12 oktober 2026<\/p>\n<h2>Over de functie<\/h2>\n<p>Voor de versterking van ons Project Acceleration Team zijn wij op zoek naar <strong>meerdere Technical Office Engineers \u2013 E&amp;I Design Support<\/strong> die de 2e shift ondersteunen bij technische sitevragen en design updates.<\/p>\n<p>Je vormt de praktische interface tussen engineering en construction en zorgt dat wijzigingen, redlines en technical queries snel en correct worden verwerkt.<\/p>\n<h2>Jouw verantwoordelijkheden<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyseren en beantwoorden\/co\u00f6rdineren van technical queries vanuit construction.<\/li>\n<li>Controleren en actualiseren van E&amp;I drawings, redlines, layouts, cable routing, hook-ups en termination details.<\/li>\n<li>Verwerken van field measurements en site information in technische documentatie.<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteunen van constructability reviews en zoeken naar uitvoerbare technische oplossingen binnen project specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Voorbereiden en opvolgen van RFIs, design change notes en as-built input.<\/li>\n<li>Afstemmen met discipline engineers, vendors, construction supervisors en QA\/QC.<\/li>\n<li>Bewaken van document revisions en zorgen dat de werf met de juiste approved informatie werkt.<\/li>\n<li>Ondersteunen van urgente 2e-shift issues die directe impact hebben op production en work fronts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Jouw profiel<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ervaring met E&amp;I design, technical office of site engineering binnen industri\u00eble projecten.<\/li>\n<li>Vaardig in het lezen en aanpassen van electrical\/instrumentation drawings en technische documenten.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met AutoCAD en\/of EPLAN is sterk gewenst; ervaring met SmartPlant\/AVEVA tools is een pluspunt.<\/li>\n<li>Praktisch inzicht in constructability en field installation.<\/li>\n<li>Je kunt onder tijdsdruk technische issues structureren en correct escaleren.<\/li>\n<li>Goede kennis van Engels; Nederlands is een troef.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent bereid om in de 2e shift te werken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Opleiding &amp; ervaring<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Opleiding:<\/strong> Bachelor E&amp;I, elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ervaring:<\/strong> Minimaal 3-5 jaar E&amp;I engineering\/site support<\/p>\n<h2>Certificaten &amp; sitevereisten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>VCA-basis of VCA-VOL gewenst.<\/li>\n<li>BA5 en ATEX\/IEC 60079 kennis zijn pluspunten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Kerncompetenties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>AutoCAD \/ EPLAN<\/li>\n<li>E&amp;I drawings<\/li>\n<li>Technical queries<\/li>\n<li>Redlines \/ as-built<\/li>\n<li>Constructability<\/li>\n<li>2nd shift support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat je mag verwachten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Een technisch uitdagende opdracht binnen een grootschalige industri\u00eble projectomgeving.<\/li>\n<li>Een professionele werkomgeving met sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en samenwerking.<\/li>\n<li>Duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden, korte communicatielijnen en directe impact op de projectvoortgang.<\/li>\n<li>Samenwerking met ervaren construction-, engineering-, quality-, HSE- en commissioningteams.<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan een intensieve project acceleration-fase met duidelijke milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Interesse?<\/h2>\n<p>Bezorg ons je meest recente CV, beschikbaarheid en relevante certificaten.
