To further strengthen our growth, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager with a nose for opportunities and a passion for industry.
About the Position
In this senior role, you will be the commercial figurehead of FMA Services in Flanders. You open doors, deepen relationships and strategically position our multi-technical expertise in the market. You focus on the Antwerp, Kempen and Limburg regions, where you secure new projects with insight and conviction.
What Will You Do?
- Actively identify new clients and projects in the Antwerp, Kempen and Limburg regions.
- Build sustainable relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders within our industrial sectors.
- Monitor market trends and translate them into commercial actions and concrete growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strong quotations, framework contracts and project proposals.
- Represent FMA with clients, on sites and at networking events: you are our face in the field.
- Think strategically about commercial priorities, positioning and future growth.
Who are we looking for?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial or project-oriented role within industrial services (for example in E&I, electromechanics, maintenance…).
- You preferably have an existing network in the sector (petrochemicals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, industry).
- You have an affinity with technical environments where safety (VCA) is central.
- You are communicatively strong, strategically minded and entrepreneurial.
- You work independently, take initiative and know how to motivate and engage a team.
- You live in Belgium and speak fluent Dutch; good knowledge of English is required in this sector, French is a plus.
- You are preferably available at short notice.
