About the Position
FMA Services is looking for a Supervisor for various projects in Flanders. As a Supervisor, you are the key figure on the site: you lead technicians and subcontractors, monitor the planning, and ensure safe and high-quality execution of the works. Thanks to your technical background, you are able to make the right decisions and efficiently manage daily operations.
What Will You Do?

Coordinate and follow up on industrial projects (E, mechanical, construction, …).

Direct and guide technicians and subcontractors.

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Review schematics, drawings, and execution plans.
-
Organize daily work schedules and report on progress.

Prepare and follow up on as-built documentation and reports.

Be the primary point of contact for the client and team on site.
- Coordinating management meetings and aligning with clients and co-contractor
What Do We Expect from You?

A technical background (electricity, instrumentation, mechanical, …) is a strong advantage.

Experience in a leadership or coordinating role within industrial projects.

Knowledge of industrial installations and processes.

Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.

Solution-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant.
-
Safety always comes first (VCA certificate is a plus).

You can work independently as well as collaborate smoothly with various teams.
