Instrumentation Technician

About the Position

For our projects in (petro)chemistry and life sciences, we are looking for an Instrumentation Technician. As a member of our E&I construction team, you will be responsible for the installation, connection, and maintenance of instrumentation in industrial environments. You will contribute to the reliability, safety, and performance of processes at our clients’ sites.

What Will You Do?

  • Working with various instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, …).

  • Laying and connecting instrument cables.

  • Installing and connecting tubing (instrument air).

  • Laying and correctly connecting cross-wiring.

  • Mounting electrical and instrumentation components (including sensors, PLCs, photocells, junction boxes, switches).

  • Installing and finishing cable trays according to schematics.

  • Troubleshoot and perform repairs.

  • Providing the right materials to work efficiently and safely.

What Do We Expect from You?

  • You can read and understand electrical and instrumentation diagrams.

  • You have a diploma in instrumentation/electricity or 1-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Safety is your priority (VCA certificate is a plus).

  • You work independently and as part of a team.

  • You are solution-oriented, precise, and have a proactive attitude.

  • Basic knowledge of English is not a problem.

  • You are flexible, eager to learn, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
