About the Position
To strengthen our Project Acceleration Team, we are looking for multiple Production Planners who can translate daily and weekly execution into a feasible, measurable, and action-oriented schedule.
The focus lies on construction progress, short-term planning, and recovery during an intensive acceleration phase.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining detailed schedules, 2/3-week look-aheads, and daily production plans.
- Integrating actual progress from the site and analyzing deviations against baseline and targets.
- Identifying critical/near-critical activities, bottlenecks, constraints, and potential schedule impacts.
- Supporting resource loading, manpower forecasting, and productivity analyses.
- Preparing progress curves, S-curves, dashboards, and planning reports for management.
- Facilitating planning and coordination meetings with construction, engineering, procurement, and pre-commissioning.
- Developing recovery scenarios and acceleration actions when progress falls behind.
- Ensuring consistent progress measurement and correct status data per work package or area.
Your Profile
- Experience as a Planner, Construction Planner, or Production Planner within large-scale industrial projects.
- Good knowledge of Primavera P6 is highly desirable; MS Project or similar planning tools are an asset.
- You understand construction sequencing, work fronts, progress measurement, and the link between engineering, materials, and execution.
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to translate planning data into practical actions on site.
- Good Excel skills and experience with dashboards/reporting are desired.
- Fluent knowledge of English; Dutch is an asset.
Education & experience
Education: Bachelor/Master in engineering, construction, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of planning experience
Certificates & site requirements
- VCA-basis or VCA-VOL depending on site responsibility.
- Experience with EPC/industrial construction is highly desirable.
